EN Paris, the city of love ... and exquisite sugar art. We've been to Amsterdam several times and you'll find a lot of macarons there in Amsterdam, too. But Jona doesn't like the Dutch taste of macarons, they taste like chewing gum there, totally and absolutely artificial.
Paris is different, it's the sweet dream of every sugarholic. But please, don't buy your macarons at Carrefour or Monoprix - the best macarons are the three big names of patisserie in Paris - Ladurée, Pierre Hermé and Dalloyau. That's the only three names you have to now for sweet desires in Paris.
Dalloyau is one of the three names you have to know if you like to taste the best macarons in Paris. They call themselves the "Inventor of French taste since 1682".
Dalloyau is the only of the three big patisserie players in Paris where you buy Macaron seperately and are not forced to buy a whole box. You can go to the Jardin du Luxembourg and buy a mouthwatering macaron for 1,70 Euro per piece. Okay, it's not as cheap as a normal piece of cake or Danish from the supermarket, but you need to try the taste of Paris ... and that's macarons. Maybe you hate it, maybe you love it - just try it!

DE Paris, die Stadt der Liebe ... und die Stadt der süßen Verführungen. Wir waren schon einige Male in Amsterdam und natürlich, auch in Amsterdam findest du Tonnen von macarons in den Läden. Jona hat dort erstmalig Macarons probiert und mochte sie so rein gat nicht - sie schmecken dort halt wie Kaugummi, wirklich künstlich.
Paris ist da anders, es ist der süße Traum jedes Zuckerfans. Aber bitte, bitte kauft nicht die macarons wahllos in Souvenirgeschäften oder Supermärkten - ihr müsst euch nur drei Namen merken: Ladurée, Pierre Hermé and Dalloyau stehen für die exquisiten Zuckerkünste in Paris.
Dalloyau ist einer dieser Namen, die man sich unbedingt merken sollte - ein haus mit langer Tradition. Sie selbst nennen sich "Erfinder des französischen Geschmacks seit 1682".
Dalloyau ist die einzige der drei großen Patisserien in Paris, wo man Macarons watch einzeln kaufen kannst und nicht dazu gezwungen bist, gleich ein halbes Dutzend in einer Box zu kaufen. Du kannst ganz einfach zum Jardin du Luxembourg spazieren und auf dem Weg dorthin dir einen leckeren Macaron oder vielleicht auch zwei als Nachmittagssnack für je 1,70 Euro kaufen und an einem schattigen Plätzchen im Park verspeisen. Die Enten werden sicher ganz neidisch. Okay, es ist natürlich nicht so günstig wie Gebäck aus dem Supermarkt, aber wenn du schon einmal in Paris bist, solltest du schon den Geschmack von Paris kosten, oder?
Und der Geschmack von paris? Das sind Macarons. Probier sie! Entweder du hasst sie oder du liebst sie, aber das herausfinden musst du ganz alleine, also auf ins Abenteuer!
